"Hard to fault. Michael's quote was very reasonable and competitive. He didn't waste his time or our time coming out to visit when we'd shared photos of the job. On site he made a point of checking we had a shared understanding of what we needed doing. He was flexible and pragmatic when it came to the work itself and he completed it very efficiently. The kids enjoyed watching him work and chatting with him about plumbing. All in all, a great experience and we'd definitely rehire and recommend."
